Jeff Lange was raised in a rural Kansas community where, at an early age, he received valuable business knowledge while working in a successful, family-run agriculture operation., After receiving his degree from KSU, Jeff became actively involved in real estate in 1976. Over the years, he has obtained extensive expertise in all areas of the industry including land sales, commercial sales, property management, banking, leasing and appraisals. The diversity of Jeff’s experience provides clients with the in-depth knowledge and professional insights needed to view a property from virtually every angle and pull together even the most difficult and complex transactions.
Jeff is the managing partner of Equisset, an organization that offers asset-based financial solutions; Belt Leasing, a business equipment leasing company and Lange Real Estate, a company that deals with all types of real estate. He is actively transforming and revitalzing the southwest quadrant of Wichita and newly branding it CrossGate District This includes Steeple Bay, a mixed use waterfront property just off of I-235, , IronHorse Manufacturing Park, BrightWater Bay: Lake Resort and Saddle Creek Shopping Center to name a few. He is also the founder of RedGuard, a manufacturer of blast-resistant buildings and portable storage units. Through each of these ventures, Jeff has developed a keen understaning of the importance of good teamwork and surrounding himself with a group of highly trained professionals dedicated to meeting each customer’s unique needs.
Away from work, Jeff and his wife Patti enjoy spending time with their four children and 4 grandchildren (soon to be 5), viewing the wildlife that frequently visit the
